We use this information to deliver the services you order, communicate with you about your order, process payments, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payment information
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details — Stripe processes and secures that information under its own privacy policy.
4. Where your data is stored
Account data, orders, messages, and uploaded files are stored with Supabase, our database and file storage provider. Access to your own data is restricted to your account and to the team members working on your order.
5. Data retention
We retain order records and files for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
6. Your rights
You can access, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting hello@vitelar.com. You may also update your profile details directly from your account settings.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
